1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 18, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Except in regard of the group of creditors' to the group of creditors' as the group of applicants', the group of debtors' as the group of applicants', as shown in the attached Table;

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
