On November 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Suwon District Court Sejong District Court on November 23, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Prison on December 17, 2018.

1. Interference with business;

A. On May 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, at the “I restaurant” managed by the victim H (n, 41 years of age) located in G on May 27, 2019; and (b) ordered an additional drinking after eating the sea area and smallposite; (c) on the ground that the Defendant had been drinking from the victim, the Defendant was refused to do so; (d) on the ground that the Defendant had been drinking by the victim, the Defendant took a bath for the victim and his/her employees; (e) acted as being tightly and boomed; and (e) interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about one hour and 35 minutes until 10:35 minutes from the same day.

B. On May 27, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 12:50 hours from May 27, 2019 to around 12:50 on the day when he she gets off, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted, frighted.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he had no intent or ability to pay food expenses even if he/she drinks by having him/her from the beginning at the same time and at a place as set forth in paragraph (1)(b) above; and (b) ordered the Victim K to provide alcohol with the State.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim the delivery of the victim a total of KRW 11,00,000, equivalent to the bones of the bones of the market value of KRW 7,000, and KRW 4,000 from the victim.

3. The Defendant demanded the victim K to sell tobacco at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1-b, but the victim did so.
