A. C (mutual name “E”; Plaintiff’s Intervenor; hereinafter “C”) was awarded a subcontract from the Defendant on July 8, 2015 for the FFF Tracart construction (hereinafter “First E”) and the contractor of the FF construction is G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), and the Defendant was awarded a subcontract for the steel structure, and C was sub-subcontracted from the Defendant.

The construction cost was KRW 121,00,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply), and the period was from July 8, 2015 to August 31, 2015, and the scope of the construction work was all the processes of the square of square of square of square of 3,826 meters in the iron frame.

B. Of the above construction works, the Defendant is an additional material attached to a string of concrete stopferer concrete stoper to C, which is installed above the edge of the outer side of the string of the string of concrete stoper, and plays a role in preventing concrete leakage, along with the string of concrete stoper at the end of the string of the stop

C. In addition, on August 26, 2015, C was awarded a subcontract for H plant display (the instant No. 2) works by the Defendant. The contractor of the H plant works is I, the Defendant was awarded a subcontract for the steel frame works from I, and C was sub-subcontracted from the Defendant.

The construction cost shall be KRW 132,00,000, and the period shall be from August 26, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the scope of construction work shall be 4.0,000,000,000,000,000,000.
