The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, we affirm the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty on the charge of injury among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning and found the Defendant not guilty. In so doing, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the entire judgment of the court below, but did not submit grounds for appeal as to the guilty portion.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
