Punishment of the crime
1. From March 10, 2017 to March 11, 2017, the Defendant was participating in the “D Presidential Impeaching Assembly” organized by the president of the Korean War Movement Center (hereinafter referred to as the “D Presidential Impeaching Bureau”) to dismiss the impeachment on the roads of the 4th in the inside station of subway No. 3 of the subway No. 472 from March 10, 201 to March 3, 2017. On the same day, the Defendant was taking part in the “D Presidential Impeaching Assembly” in the impeachment of the Constitutional Court around 11:21 on the same day.

Nevertheless, from 13:24 to 14:38 of the same day, the Defendant integrated the above police buses with wire ropes with other participants in an irregular assembly, and laid the ropes, which are dangerous objects, with sacracknakikis (a length approximately 31cm, approximately 1.8 km), sacracks, and sacracks of Alumin, sacracks, and sacracks were collected from the above police officers, and hacks, which are dangerous objects, hacks the police officers aboard the above police buses and bus, and hackers, which are dangerous objects, were collected to the above police officers.
As a result, the Defendant, along with other participants in the assembly, assaulted many police officers who had been performing the duty to suppress assembly and demonstration by showing public power or carrying dangerous things, thereby obstructing the above police officers’ legitimate execution of their duties to prevent crimes and suppress assembly and demonstration.
