2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. Around April 9, 2012, D engaged in real estate consulting business: (a) around 3,80 square meters of land, such as Kimpo-si E and 2, on behalf of the Plaintiff and three enterprises, including the Plaintiff, for purchase of KRW 3,686,00 on behalf of the Plaintiff; (b) written a written intent to purchase real estate (Evidence B) and delivered the remainder of G, H, I, J, and Defendant B, excluding F, among the six co-owners of the said land; (c) D divided into G, H, I, J (Defendant B’s agent); (d) KRW 3,80 square meters of forest and fields, including Kimpo-si; (e) KRW 7,637 square meters of forest and fields; (e) KRW 7,637 square meters of forest and fields; and (e) KRW 25,637 square meters of forest and fields on behalf of the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff; and (e) KRW 2531,751,257,25125 square meters of forest and forest and fields.

On October 23, 2012, K forest 4,708 square meters in Kimpo-si, K forest 4,708 square meters was divided into 508 square meters in K forest, X forest 586 square meters in X forest, 178 square meters in Z forest, 479 square meters in Z forest, AA forest 118 square meters, AB forest 1,000 square meters in AC forest, AC forest 1,376 square meters, and 463 square meters in AD forest.

The sales contract (No. 2) was prepared with the content that the sales price shall be set at KRW 3,659,422,000 in terms of the sales price.

3) On April 16, 2012, at the office of Defendant C, a real estate broker, the representative director of the Plaintiff Company and M (D) (the Plaintiff Company) (the real estate broker).

() In the joint place where D and Defendant C are located, the Plaintiff included the purchase price of KRW 1,687,750,000 (including the cost of constructing a new factory and the cost of performing civil engineering works to be newly built on each of the above land) for the purchase of KRW 1,687,750,000 (including the cost of constructing a new factory and the cost of performing civil engineering works to be performed on each of the above land).

A) The sales contract (Evidence A No. 1; hereinafter “instant sales contract”) stating that the sales contract shall be purchased and the down payment shall be paid KRW 1,627,750,000 as the remainder and KRW 60,000 as the down payment.
