When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On January 26, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol 0.160% from blood transfusion around 22:48, the Defendant driven a B-crack car owned by the Defendant in a two-km section from the water complete area of the Gwangju Mine-gu to the road of about 240,00 square meters in front of the same Gu, as from the water complete area of the Gwangju Mine-gu to the same Gu.
