1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 103,987,967 and the amount of KRW 103,284,221 among them from August 2, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including additional serial numbers), the plaintiff on December 2, 2015: (a) 60-month lending period; (b) 8.9% per annum; (c) 3-month lending period; (d) interest rate of 9750,000 won per month; (b) interest rate of 8.9% per year; (c) interest rate of 8.9% per year; (d) interest rate of 8.9% per year; and (e) interest rate of 24% per year; (d) interest rate of 24% per year; (e) the plaintiff’s credit transaction basic terms and conditions included in the loan agreement (including loan), if one of several debts is not paid within a given period; or (e) payment of installments is overdue on more than two occasions; and (e) the defendant lost the interest of 973% by dividing the above loans to the plaintiff on December 2, 2015.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 103,987,967 in balance of the principal and interest of the Plaintiff as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from August 2, 2016 to the date of full payment of the principal and interest of KRW 103,284,221 in proportion to the agreed interest rate.
