1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons

With respect to the legitimacy of the instant lawsuit ex officio, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking the denial of compulsory execution in accordance with the judgment of this court No. 2011886, Jul. 9, 2019; however, the Plaintiff filed an application for the modification of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim, and subsequently subsequently changed the purport of the claim in exchange for exchange by seeking payment of the amount stated in the claim. On October 30, 2019, this court ordered the correction of stamp amounting to KRW 8,400,550,300 as to the purport of the claim that is mutually changed within seven days, and the above order for correction was served on the Plaintiff on November 5, 201 of the same year, but the Plaintiff failed to verify within the period specified in the above order for correction. As such, the instant lawsuit is unlawful, since the Plaintiff did not supplement it within the period specified in the above order for correction.
