1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 78,238,226 and KRW 77,854,288, as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 78,238,226.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim in attached Form p shall be as specified;
(2) The Plaintiff’s legal interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading). (2) The judgment by service by public notice (Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act)
