1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 10, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 28, 2010, lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant. As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 50 million to the Defendant and damages for delay. 2. A judgment by service by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
