1. Money which was sold to an auction for real estate listed in the attached list and deducted the auction cost from the proceeds of the sale shall be 2.
Reasons
1. The indication source of the claim and the agreement on the method of partition on the real estate stated in the separate sheet owned by the defendant is not concluded, and the above real estate is housing and its site, and therefore, it is inappropriate to divide the real estate in kind into money by auction.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
