The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
1. The judgment of the court below which acquitted the defendant of the facts charged in this case, despite the fact that the prosecutor's evidence submitted the summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of the facts) found the defendant guilty of aiding and abetting fraud.
2. The lower court determined that it cannot be readily concluded that the Defendant was proven without reasonable doubt as to the fact that the Defendant had an intentional aiding and abetting the fraud in light of the circumstances, such as the statement in its reasoning.
When examining the court below's reasoning closely with the records of this case, the court below's determination is sufficiently acceptable, and the prosecutor's allegation of mistake is without merit.
3. The appeal by the prosecutor of the conclusion is dismissed on the ground of appeal.
