1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 23, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on July 2010, leased Nos. D, 101, 27,00,000, and 27,000,000 for lease deposit, and the period of two years from Ansan-si from C, an indication of the claim, but the Defendant succeeded to the lessor’s status on September 30, 2015, and the said real estate was delivered upon expiration of the lease contract. As such, the Plaintiff sought the return of the deposit on February 2, 2010 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
