On May 9, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Jeonju District Court on May 9, 201.

On November 9, 2019, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a car with C windowsom, under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.116% from a restaurant in the vicinity of the Alley-gu Insuldong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front of the construction site of the same Gu.

The defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
