B Imprisonment for six months, Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of five million won, and Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

To the extent that it does not impede the Defendants’ exercise of their right to defense, some of the facts charged were ex officio corrected.

B From June 2008 to July 2014, 2014, a person who operated the Thaima branch office in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Defendant C, and Defendant B, a disabled person, had been trying to work in Defendant B. Defendant B and C, a disabled person, were invited to enter the Republic of Korea by inviting a male in the Republic of Korea and a female in the mother country for employment in the domestic marina branch office by filing a false report on marriage with the female in the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant A had been willing to help the mother country.

1. Defendant B, C

A. Defendant C introduced I with the intent of disguised marriage from H around June 30, 2009, according to the above public offering and informed I of the documents necessary for disguised marriage. I prepared documents necessary for disguised marriage, had J prepare documents necessary for disguised marriage in Thailand, and had J prepare documents necessary for disguised marriage in Thailand. At the public service center of the Seoul Central Office of Seoul Central Office, Jung-gu, Seoul and China, Seoul, I submitted a false statement of marriage to the above public official who is in charge of family relation registration, and had the said public official enter the same as I and J enter the same into the family information processing system of family relations, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it immediately by having the above public official store and operate the family information processing system of family relations, which is described as above.

The Defendants conspired with the parties to disguised marriage and arrange five persons to engage in disguised marriage between May 31, 201 through the aforementioned method as indicated in the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1, thereby having them enter false facts in the family relations electronic data processing system, which is a public electronic record, and the said system.
