1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,700,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 20, 2013 to March 28, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 19, 2013, lent KRW 26,700,00 to the Defendant on December 31, 2013, with a maturity of KRW 26,700,00 to the Defendant on December 31, 2013. As such, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant to seek payment of KRW 26,70,000 as loans, and KRW 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from February 20, 2013 to the delivery date of a duplicate of the instant complaint, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc.
