The defendant shall pay 117,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 6, 2021 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as to the claim, prepared and received a letter of commitment from the Defendant to October 2019 from April 30, 2019, that the Defendant paid and received money based on the distribution business transaction relationship from 2017 to 2019, and received the money indicated in the order from the Defendant until the end of 2019. The Plaintiff sought payment of the said letter of commitment and the amount of delayed damages.
