1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. On July 2, 2014, the Defendant filed an application against the Plaintiff for a provisional injunction against obstruction of business with the Seoul Southern District Court 2014Kahap246, and received a decision on July 2, 2014 that the Plaintiff shall not engage in any prohibited act listed by the Defendant, and that the Plaintiff shall pay KRW 2 million per day when the Defendant violated the above order.
B. The Seoul High Court Decision 2014Ra1344 decided on March 25, 2015 (Seoul High Court Decision 201Ra1344) that the Plaintiff filed an appeal to the said decision, changed the above decision of the first instance court and attached

After organizing the prohibited acts that the Plaintiff ought not to refrain as indicated below in the list, a decision was made to pay to the Defendant KRW 2 million per day in the event of a violation of the above order (hereinafter “instant provisional disposition order”). Although the Defendant re-appealed, the Defendant was dismissed on July 17, 2015 (Supreme Court Decision 2015Ma667) and the instant provisional disposition order became final and conclusive.

Demanding and collecting monthly management expenses from the occupants of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and D Ground B Buildings (hereinafter “instant building”) (Provided, That this shall not apply to the claims for and collecting management expenses that have been paid as a lessor under a lease agreement concluded between the debtor and the lessee of the building owned by the debtor and the debtor);
2. Claiming and collecting monthly electric power rates and water rates from the occupants of the instant building;
3. Controling vehicles entering the parking lot of the instant building, collecting parking fees, and guarding the entrance of the instant building and the entire building;
4. Issuing a new monthly parking ticket for an outside-owned vehicle other than the occupant of the instant building (including an extension of the deadline where the maturity of the existing monthly parking ticket has expired)
5. Newly employing a new employee for the management of the building of this case such as electricity, machinery, expenses, cleaning, or other management for the management of the building of this case (except for the case where the contract period of the existing employee expires).
