1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,544,210 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) In light of the above legal principles, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles on the presumption of confession under Article 150(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, and by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles on the presumption of confession under Article 150(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act.
