A around April 12, 2016, at K’s “L Hop” located in Singu, Singu, M was commissioned to “N mother Evaluation” (hereinafter “N mother Evaluation”) as a review member of the Korean language field and came to know that B was admitted to the setting center from O to P., A accepted it by means of: (a) in which he/she was requested to provide services for the question of Korean language from an instructor of his/her famous driving school, and (b) in which he/she would raise profits from receiving a request for some services from B; and (c) in which he/she subcontracted some services to B to raise additional revenues other than teachers’ fees, thereby informing C of the problems set forth in the Korean language field of the mother evaluation of this case; and (d) B, “I will not easily see (e) if you enter this time, and properly memory it; and (d) B shall not be well us.”
