The defendant is not guilty, and the summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.
On September 17, 2014, the Defendant entered into a real estate lease agreement with D 105 E-building 105 located in Seosan City, Seosan-si, with D. In order to operate a licensed real estate agent office in some of the offices of the above E-building 105, the Defendant was able to arbitrarily prepare a lease agreement in the name of the Defendant’s wife G with F-do real estate agent qualification certificate in order to operate the licensed real estate agent office.
1. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents made a false statement to the H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in the 1st floor of the building above, stating that “I would make a new lease agreement by changing the lessee’s name,” and caused the I to prepare and print the real estate monthly rent contract in the real estate indication column by using the computer, stating “Seoul 1st floor in Seonam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and the content of the contract,” and “the deposit, the down payment, the down payment, and the down payment,” “personal information, such as D’s name, resident registration number, etc.” in the lessor’s agent column, “personal information, etc., F’s name, resident registration number, etc.,” in the lessee column, and “H Licensed Real Estate Agent” in the Licensed Real Estate Agent column.
Afterwards, the Defendant, who made a seal assembly machine in advance, affixed D’s seal and F’s seal, which made the seal assembly machine through the above I, onto D and F’s name of the real estate monthly rent contract that was printed out as above.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one of the real estate monthly rent contracts in the name of D or F, a private document on rights and obligations.
2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
A. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) presented a forged real estate monthly contract to a public official in charge of knowing the above fact in the Seocho-gu Residential Service Center located in the Dong-dong, Seosan-si; and (b) exercised the contract as if it was genuine.
B. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant entered into a real estate monthly rental agreement, as above, in the Seosan Tax Office located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si.
