1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 31,280,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from October 27, 2006 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 31,280,50 won with 20% interest per annum from October 27, 2006 to September 30, 2015, and 15% interest per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
