1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the judgment by service of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act, but Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, so compensation for delay was governed by the provisions on the statutory interest rate under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings).
