1. The defendant is based on the completion of the acquisition by prescription on December 31, 1999, with respect to the CJ 357 square meters at the time of residing in the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. A claim indication Plaintiff: (a) around December 31, 1979, purchased the land specified in Paragraph (1) from the Defendant’s father D’s father network; and (b) was jointly and openly occupied by the intention of ownership for twenty (20) years; and (c) the Defendant, who solely inherited D’s obligations on the said land, is liable to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the ground of the completion of prescription on December 31, 199.
