1. Defendant B shall deliver to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions to the Defendants (the Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation received real estate listed in the separate sheet from Defendant B through a written response from December 21, 2018, and at the same time, returned from the lease deposit the remainder after deducting all the obligations of Defendant B, the lessee, such as rent, management fee, remuneration, etc. related to the lease contract between the Defendants. It is clear in the purport of the claim in this case that the Plaintiff, by itself, has already been a person to whom the said real estate was delivered from Defendant B and at the same time claimed the remainder after deducting all the obligations related to the lease contract of Defendant B from the lease deposit.
