1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 3, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Around April 2018, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 53 million on December 8, 2016, and KRW 53 million on March 3, 2017, without fixing the due date for repayment. A judgment by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is rendered on December 2, 2018 (the delivery date of a copy of the petition - October 2, 2018).
