The Defendant, along with C, D, E, F, G, etc., intended to steal oil by drilling the oil buried underground, and E, prepared funds required to install facilities necessary to excavate oil on the oil pipelines and to steal oil, and provided them with D along with D. The Defendant, C, G, etc. installed facilities to steal oil at the oil pipeline at an appropriate location with funds provided by E, installed at the oil pipeline to commit the crime, and transferred the stolen oil to D, F, in a large-scale tank with a capacity of 1,50 liters to 2,00 liters to load vehicles prepared to steal oil on the oil pipeline, and distributed the stolen oil to E in order to sell the stolen oil to a designated person, and sold the stolen oil.

On August 2012, after receiving C’s instructions, the Defendant installed a facility that can cut oil on the oil pipelines managed by the Oil Pipeline Corporation to the victim corporation in the same scular plane by melting a pressure valve and attaching it to the oil pipelines managed by the Oil Pipeline Corporation at Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and connects the said valves and oil pipelines with an electric drum by drillinging the said valves and the oil pipelines.
