1. On February 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 04:08 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened a door at the headquarters building in Seongdong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 277-22, which was not corrected in the building of the victim Newdoco Co., Ltd.; and (c) intruded on the parking lot and parked there; (b) opened a door door for the car of coos in the amount of KRW 61,511,818, the market price owned by the victim; and (c) operated the said car by walking the car at the speed of the vehicle located

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;

A. On February 23, 2013, around 06:09, the Defendant driving a stolen C Ecoos car as described in paragraph (1), and driving the three-lane road in front of 186-5, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City at a low speed, along the direction of the Tcoos Park, along the two-lane direction of the children large park.

In such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle in a safe way to live well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded on three-lanes of the same direction, which led to a conflict between the left-hand side of the victim D(58 years of age) drive E in order to get a customer in the same direction, or the left-hand side of the other taxi.

As a result, the Defendant suffered two parts of the victim’s medical treatment for about two weeks due to such occupational negligence, and at the same time escaped without taking necessary measures, such as stopping and aiding the victim, even though the Defendant destroyed the 123,000 won of the repair cost to the said small-scale taxi.

B. The Defendant continues to commit a crime against the Victim F, at around 06:11 on the same day.
