The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following cases. Thus, this is accepted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the
Part 2 of Part 15 of the Pronouncement of Judgment of this case was signed by the defendant on November 30, 2014 at the bottom of Part 2 of the Pronouncement of Judgment of this case with "The date of Judgment of the first instance" as follows. On November 30, 2014, the defendant asserts that "as at the request of the plaintiff, there is no obligation to repay the remainder of the loan except for the amount of KRW 17 million,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won."
2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is accepted within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate with this conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
