1. The Defendant connects the Plaintiff with each point indicated in the attached Form 7-12 and 7 among the area of 90.2 square meters in Seosan-si.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff indicating the claim is the owner of C. C. C. 90.2 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”). The Defendant is the owner of a building on the ground of 38.8 square meters in part among the instant land, which connects each point of 7-12 and 7, indicated in the annexed drawings among the instant land.
Therefore, the defendant has the duty to remove the above building to the plaintiff and deliver the part 38.8 square meters per the above item (a) to the plaintiff.
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
