When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. In using and managing the means of electronic financial transactions, no person may lend the means of access while receiving any consideration, unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act;

A. On January 2018, 2018, the Defendant received a proposal from a deceased person on his name who was named as a police officer to the effect that “I would not use the internal account as a person with bad credit standing in running his business in the Philippines, and would pay 30,000 won every month if I lend the current account.” Around that time, B Bank in the territory of the Republic of Korea, which was affiliated with B Bank (C) in the name of the Defendant, was sent one check to the person with bad credit standing and received KRW 4,00,000 in total in return.

B. On June 2018, the Defendant received a proposal to the effect that “If B Bank accounts previously borrowed have been prevented, 30,000 won will be paid every month if it lends another account,” from the above person’s name bad faith, and thereafter, accepted it. At that time, the Defendant sent one physical card connected to the E (F) account in the name bad faith of the Defendant to the name bad, and received approximately KRW 600,000 as a consideration.

Accordingly, the Defendant borrowed the means of access to electronic financial transactions at least twice.

2. Around 20:00 on May 24, 2019, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he would have paid food for the following time: (a) in entertainment tavern operated by the Victim H in Gangwon G; and (b) in fact, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he did not have any money under water; and (c) inasmuch as he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he did

The Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim alcohol and alcohol equivalent to 2.10,00 won in total, such as beer 15 diseases.
