Examining the record, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the grounds as stated in its holding, and found the defendant not guilty on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act among the facts charged in this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and dismissed the public prosecution on the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act, which are related to each of the crimes, and there is no error of incomplete deliberation or erroneous determination of facts beyond

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
