1. The Defendant’s KRW 187,139,725 within the limit of KRW 120,000 and KRW 100,000 among the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 100,000 among them.

Reasons

1. On May 7, 2013, the claim E Co., Ltd. borrowed KRW 498,000,000 from F Co., Ltd., and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation within the limit of KRW 120,000,00. The Plaintiff acquired the above obligation through G limited liability companies and H limited liability companies, and the Plaintiff sought the payment of the obligation, such as the claim stated in the purport of the claim.
