Punishment of the crime
On July 29, 2015, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a passenger car from approximately 1.5 meters away from the front of a cafeteria located in the Suwon Mine-gu to the front of the regular road located in the Seo-gu Standing Central Office of Gwangju, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration.
