The defendant is a person driving a BMW car.
On September 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 800 meters from the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu National Assembly to the road in front of the 800 Jinami, as Seoul National Assembly, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.174% (blood measurement result) during blood transfusion at around 00:24, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 60 meters from the Jinmi-gu National Assembly, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul National Assembly.
