Defendant

B received a request from C, which is a sale book of a large passbook, to identify a person who uses the large passbook, and made a request to contact Defendant A (D) who is the manufacturer of the illegal sports soil site to introduce a person who uses the large passbook.

As a result, the Defendants: (a) expressed the role of the operator of the illegal sports soil site that requires a large passbook in order to manage revenues; and (b) decided that Defendant B play the role of soliciting the large passbook through Defendant C; (c) sold the large passbook to the above site operator, 1.5 million won in return; and (d) sent KRW 1 million in return for the sale to C, which is the sales book of the large passbook; and (e) Defendant A, among the remaining KRW 500,000,000, Defendant B, among the remaining KRW 500,000,000, was recruited to have KRW 40,000 won.

1. On July 9, 2017, Defendant A: (a) received a request from an influor of the name, who operated the illegal sports soil site in the ceiling, for the delivery of one passbook; and (b) sent a telephone to Defendant B from an influor of the name, who called “E site operator requires a large number of bankbooks; (c) the phone calls to Defendant B; and (d) Defendant B posted a telephone from the influoral site to “a large number of bankbooks to be sent to the influor bus terminal”; and (d) Defendant B posted a telephone from the influoral site to “a large number of bankbooks to be sent.”

C Accordingly, through high-speed bus baggage services connected to the G passbook (H) in the name of F Co., Ltd. and the said account, C sent the cash card andOTP from the Gangnam-gu bus terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the 43 Manan-ro, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yan-gu, to a astronomical bus terminal, so that the winners of the above name are entitled to receive it.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to distribute the means of access knowing that they will be used in crime.

2. On July 2017, Defendant A asked that two passbooks should be sought from a name-free person who operates an illegal sports soil site at the end of July 2017.
