However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated in an assembly and demonstration on May 14: 14:00 on May 19, 2012, at around 14: 14:5, the Defendant participated in an assembly and demonstration on May 19, 200, at the 19th National Assembly of Yongsan-gu, Seoul, up to 3:4:50 other participants of the Seoul Southern-gu Bank of Korea, and at the 18th anniversary of the same day, the Defendant conspired to participate in an assembly and demonstration on May 19, 201, at the 1:3rd National Assembly of Yongsan-gu, and at the 1:5th anniversary of the same 18th anniversary of the same date, the Defendant participated in the assembly and demonstration on May 19, 201, at the 1:3rd National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu, and at the 1:5th National Assembly of Gyeonggi-gu, at the 1:5th National Assembly of Gyeonggi-do, by participating in the assembly and movement on February 1: 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

3. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant, around 15:00 on August 31, 2012, attended a meeting of the “resolution on the general strike” of the public-private partnership leader held in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and approximately 8,800 participants in other assemblies.
