Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the C Co., Ltd. located in Busan Gun, who ordinarily employs three workers and operates mechanical equipment business.

The Defendant worked in the foregoing workplace from January 21, 2013 to August 11, 2013, and was retired from office, and did not pay the total of KRW 5,000,000 for May 2013, 2013, wage of KRW 5,00,000 for June 6, 2013, wage of KRW 5,00,000 for July 2013, and KRW 833,330 for August 2013, and the total of KRW 15,83,330 for KRW 15,30 for retirement, and KRW 960,00 for June 1, 2013 to KRW 960,00 for retirement, and KRW 60,00 for July 90, 2013, KRW 309,00 for retirement workers and KRW 375,305,00 for retirement workers.
