Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

On February 19, 2020, at around 03:40, the Plaintiff driven a car chip (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) and stopped at the front of the Ga, while driving the vehicle in front of Yongsan-gu (hereinafter “victim 1”). Around February 19, 202, the Plaintiff was driving the vehicle in front of Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and driven the vehicle in front of the victim D (hereinafter “victim 1”) following the left end of the taxi in front of the Ga (hereinafter “victim 1”). A victim 1 concealed the instant vehicle about about 2 km, and was driving the vehicle in front of the road in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It was difficult to stop the front of the instant vehicle with one damaged vehicle.

At the time of the first and second traffic accidents, the Plaintiff driven the instant vehicle in a space between the victim F (the victim 60 years of age, hereinafter “victim 2”) driving a taxi (hereinafter “victim 2”) driving on the road (hereinafter “victim 2”). During that process, the Plaintiff was driving the instant vehicle without disregarding the electric red signal (hereinafter “second traffic accidents”). The Plaintiff, due to the first and second traffic accidents, even though the victim 1 and 2 suffered a necessary injury for approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to each of the two weeks of the occurrence of the damage, she immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures, such as aiding the damaged person.

On April 23, 2020, the Defendant did not take necessary measures against the Plaintiff on April 23, 2020, such as aiding the victims, even though the Plaintiff had exceeded two persons due to the instant traffic accident.

“The ground for revocation was that the driver’s license was revoked (class 2 common) (hereinafter “instant disposition”). The Plaintiff filed an administrative adjudication against the instant disposition on June 29, 2020, and filed an administrative adjudication. However, the Central Administrative Appeals Commission dismissed the Plaintiff’s administrative appeal on July 24, 2020.

On August 13, 2020, the Seoul Western District Court did not immediately stop and take necessary measures against the plaintiff on August 13, 202 while causing each physical damage to the victim 1 and 2 due to the 1 and 2 traffic accidents.
