The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On May 29, 2019, the Defendant committed violence against the victim by pushing the victim's chest with the hand floor during the dispute with the victim D (the age of 68, female) in the office of personnel of Pyeongtaek-si B and C's manpower office.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) The victim shall express his/her intention not to punish him/her after prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
