The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of the modified facts charged on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment by misapprehending the legal doctrine on admissibility of evidence, such as the victim’s statement, and indecent act by compulsion

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
