The judgment of the court below is just in light of the reasoning of the judgment below, and the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone is insufficient to acknowledge the facts charged, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise. 3. Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
