1. The defendant shall not exceed 26,462,163 won within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased B and 25,000 among them.

Reasons

1. On September 30, 2015, the claim indication net B lost the benefit of time due to delay in payment of interest, which was obtained by the Plaintiff at the rate of 17.7% per annum from the Plaintiff on September 30, 2015, and on September 30, 2018. The Defendant who succeeded to the deceased’s obligation shall claim for the total amount of interest 26,462,163 won and delay damages thereof, and the claim is made within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
