1. The defendant shall pay 127,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 29, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (No pleadings) shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant”, and the payment order to C was finalized on May 15, 2019.
3. Partial dismissal: The interest rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall apply as the provisions concerning statutory interest rates are amended under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
