1. On September 2, 2013, the Defendant and Nonparty B concluded on September 2, 2013 with respect to one half of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, and the plaintiff also sought a sentence of provisional execution, but the above provision of Article 2 of the Civil Procedure Act occurs only when this judgment becomes final and conclusive, and thus the provisional execution cannot be declared).
