1. The Defendant is jointly and severally with B, C, and D with KRW 50 million and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from March 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim, as the transferee of the claim for indemnity finalized by the judgment of Seoul Western District Court Decision 2006Da5572, which is the Seoul Western District Court.
