1. The gist of the facts charged in this case is that the defendant is a member of the C Housing Redevelopment Project Association (hereinafter "the redevelopment Project Association of this case"), located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and the representative of D, despite that there was no relative relationship between the representative of E, he was willing to escape from D (hereinafter "D") which is one of the bidders on December 23, 2017, the date for the selection of a management entity specialized in the redevelopment Project of this case, and, on December 10, 2017, he was aware of the fact that he again posted 10 billion won on the bulletin board of the redevelopment Project of this case, "No later than 10 billion won of the redevelopment Project Association of this case, I would like to know that he was a management entity specialized in the redevelopment Project of this case," and that "No later than 2 of the redevelopment Project of this case, I would like to be the representative of D, which was the representative of D, 201."
The victim of the original facts charged is D, but D's bid is merely incidental to the business of selecting a management entity specialized in the redevelopment project through bidding of the redevelopment cooperative of this case, and thus, the business that is likely to obstruct the defendant of the aforementioned false ex-offender of war is a bid of the damage cooperative.
