On May 11, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on January 5, 2011.

1. On December 24, 201, at around 17:25, the Defendant: (a) from “Esing” operated by the victim D (at the age of 59) on the first floor underground of the building located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) one hand prevents the victim from suffering; and (c) one hand led the victim to five times in the instant singing room.

At night, around 03:14 March 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was in the Hart operated by the victim G located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon; (b) opened a Maart and entered into the said Maart by using keys; and (c) went into the said Maart; and (d) opened the said 1.4 million cash owned by the victim located in three accounting units; and (c) under the direction of the office book.
