7. Illegal uttering of official documents, fabrication of private documents, uttering of private documents, and fraud;

A. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document (1) presented that, around July 1, 2015, the Defendant had completed the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, which is a public document obtained from the mutual influence located in AP in the Gyeonggi-gu Port at the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, as well as the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, at AS’s mobile phone store located in AP in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, as an employee, for the presentation of identification card by opening a mobile phone, and around January 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

(2) The Defendant: (a) stated the forgery of private document; (b) the uttering of the falsified Private Document; (c) at the above date, at the place; (d) the mobile phone opening; and (c) written application for the LG Plus accession which was kept there, in the name of the subscriber, “ATS” in the “ATS”; (d) the date of birth in the “AU apartment 4*-7*; and (e) the applicant and the subscriber column in the name of the applicant and the subscriber column, signed the “AS”; and (d) signed the document in the name of the applicant and the subscriber column; and (e) issued the AR as if the forgery was duly formed; and (e) issued the victim AR with a cellphone of 600,00 won at the market price of 89,80 won.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged and exercised private documents on rights and obligations, and has taken the victim's property by deceiving the victim.

B. From July 7, 2015 to July 7, 2015, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document presented the AX’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gangwon-do Police Agency, which is an official document obtained in the park located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the end of March, 2015, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
